Album ten to solowy debiut rapera z Houston w stanie Texas (nie jest to jednak debiut na rapowej scenie, przed wydaniem tego albumu nagrywał z grupą Black Monks jako D.A.). " Who Tha Hell Is Slicc " to zajebisty g-funkowy album od pierwszego do ostatniego kawałka - jest to jeden z lepszych albumów, który oczywiście trzeba mieć w swojej kolekcji. Album to dość unikatowa pozycja, którą nie łatwo będzie znaleźć (dla pocieszenia mogę dodać, że album nie należy do specjalnie drogich). Re-edycji nie było o podróbkach też nie słyszałem. Przed zakupem upewnijcie się, że macie DISCTRONICS USA na ring kodzie - wtedy kupujecie oryginalne tłoczenie.

Nowadays this dope album is little rare and you can have some problem in finding it ( good message - this album isn't too expensive). I never heard about re-editions or bootlegs but before you buy it make sure your cd has got DISCTRONICS USA on ring code.
